I pay only about 60 bucks a year for the web hosting and also got my free domain through them. I would have to give them a A+ rating because of their customer service alone.

Hostgator is a good web hosting company. They actually pick up the phone when you call and ask them questions. I give them 5 stars

I don’t know much about building websites, but Hostgator helped me out. I used their chat and they answer your questions, straight up.
I used MS Publisher to upload my website. They had to shutdown my site, but it was at like 3AM so that is the time with the least amount of traffic.
